Received this photo today and found it to be the perfect contradiction of two men in their youth – one the future Prime Minister of Israel, the other the future President of the United States.
On the left we have Lieutenant Benjamin Netanyahu in his 20′s as a member of an Israeli special forces unit. He was injured in action during a mission to free airline hostages in 1972.
Israel would elect this man its prime minister in 1996 and again in 2006.
On the left is Barack Obama in his 20′s as a member of the anti-American counter-culture movement that took root in American universities during the 1960′s and 1970s. His own autobiography details his use of a variety of recreational drugs during this time – including cocaine.
America would elect this man its president in 2008.
Will America elect him its president again in 2012?
